Description
Erste Digital is hiring a Java Transpiler Engineer to design and extend ANTLR4-based transpiler and compiler components that translate legacy Natural source code into modern Spring Boot Java applications. The role develops the Java translation pipeline, including AST-to-IR mappers, IR-to-Java lowering passes, code generators, and REST APIs; validates correctness through unit and integration tests; diagnoses transpilation defects; and supports build, CI, source-control, and operational readiness. The position requires Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, debugging, Git, automated testing, and secure software development experience, with transpiler and legacy-language experience preferred.
