Apple’s AI & Data Platforms team is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy intelligent systems, AI models, and scalable machine learning infrastructure for Apple products and services. The role covers feature engineering, data augmentation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, automated ML pipelines, model training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, model compression, and optimization. Candidates need a BS in Computer Science or a related field, at least three years of machine learning engineering experience, production-scale AI/ML systems experience, and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow; Python, SQL, software engineering, and data visualization experience are preferred.
