Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer for its Identity Kubernetes Platform team to build and operate cloud-native, distributed systems that support large-scale identity and security services on Azure Kubernetes Service. The role focuses on fleet management, automation, recovery orchestration, platform reliability, security, observability, and service modernization, with collaboration across Azure, Microsoft Defender, and Identity engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, software engineering experience, and experience with C#, .NET, cloud-native or distributed systems, and Kubernetes or infrastructure automation.
