Description
Apple is hiring an engineer to build and operate scalable, resilient backend services for the Apple TV app and Apple TV+. The role covers web-scale traffic, content onboarding, browse and discovery, playback, reliability, observability, and uptime across global customers. The engineer will design and implement solutions, own critical components, write well-tested and maintainable code, and explore new technologies. The minimum qualifications include at least three years of experience building internet services at scale, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Java and runtime configuration experience, Linux or Unix experience, and basic Kubernetes knowledge.
