QualityWorks Consulting Group is hiring a mid-level Software Engineer / Application Developer to support a federal/DoD AI-enabled software platform. The role focuses on investigating and resolving application defects, performing root-cause analysis, deploying fixes, maintaining and securing the application, and conducting quarterly AI model tuning and optimization. Candidates need 3–5 years of software engineering or application development experience, strong debugging and API/database skills, proficiency in a relevant programming language, and familiarity with modern development workflows. The position is full-time and remote in the United States and requires eligibility for a Public Trust determination and DoD system access.
