Description
GAC is hiring a Software Engineer – Application Support to provide second- and third-line support for business applications, troubleshoot incidents, resolve service requests, monitor availability and performance, support enhancements and releases, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases. The role requires an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant technology discipline, at least two years of .NET Core and production/application support experience, and knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Azure, databases, and ITIL processes.
