Aaru is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to work on AI systems, simulation infrastructure, and product development. The role focuses on improving agent functionality, optimizing simulation pipelines, building evaluation harnesses, prototyping and testing company initiatives, and deploying reliable systems. The engineer will primarily use Python and TypeScript, work across software, models, data, evaluation, and operational behavior, and collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams. The position is based in New York City, requires in-person work five days per week, and offers medical, vision, dental, equity, visa sponsorship, and relocation support.
