Lam Research is hiring a Semiverse Solutions Application Engineer 4 to drive innovation and deployment of Semiverse Solutions for semiconductor process integration. The role focuses on customer engagement campaigns, on-site account collaboration, sales alignment, application and use-case development, and virtual-twinning demonstrations for logic, DRAM, and 3DNAND technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree with the stated experience levels, semiconductor technology expertise, product-lifecycle knowledge, technical leadership, and strong communication skills; former process integration or yield engineering experience and interest in digital or virtual twin solutions are preferred. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
