Description
10x Banking is hiring a Software Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable Java-based distributed systems for its cloud-native core banking platform. The role focuses on JVM microservices, Spring Boot, event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL data systems, AWS, and containerized deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. The engineer will write tested, production-quality code, contribute across the software delivery lifecycle, support operational excellence and system availability, and mentor junior developers in an Agile Scrum environment. The position is remote-enabled but requires approximately two office-attendance days per quarter under a London-based contract.
