Access is hiring a Software Engineer for its property management system team. The role involves adding features, maintaining system stability and performance, refactoring for extensibility and maintainability, analyzing a current monolith, designing scalable microservices, and integrating them into the existing architecture while maintaining security and performance. The position requires customer focus, software and code quality, autonomous project delivery, adaptability to new technologies, and experience with scalable microservices or legacy monolith refactoring; experience with Kubernetes, Azure, TypeScript, React, C# .Net Core APIs, and Azure PaaS is also relevant.
