Description
Amazon is seeking a Software Engineer to define and build the Associate Context & Insights platform, which creates a continuously evolving representation of customer-service associates from signals across the associate lifecycle and makes that context reusable across CS products. The role owns the platform from architecture through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and delivery, and partners with Engineering, Applied Science, Business Intelligence, UX, Operations, Routing, Workforce Planning, and senior leaders. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, experience with modern object-oriented languages, and experience delivering complex software systems.
