Alpine Eagle is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of software components for their airborne counter-drone defense system. The role involves collaborating with hardware teams, evaluating and testing software in labs, and developing robotic applications using ROS. Candidates should have a background in informatics or electrical engineering, strong Python programming skills, experience with C++, and familiarity with agile methodologies and TDD. Experience with robotic simulators like Gazebo or MuJoCo, and PX4-based flight controllers, is also preferred. This is a proactive and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on creating innovative aerial security solutions.
