Description
Ankar is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems and user-facing product experiences for its R&D and AI tools. The role owns end-to-end execution across frontend, backend, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, while collaborating with product, design, customer-facing teams, and customers. The position requires deep autonomy, ownership, and adaptability in an ambiguous environment, with at least three days per week in the Shoreditch office. Compensation is £96,000–£160,000 including equity, with health and dental coverage, pension matching, and visa sponsorship.
