AQR Capital Management is hiring a Software Engineer for its Research Engineering team to build and extend scalable AWS infrastructure, a generalized research platform, data ingestion and validation systems, model computation and signal-generation pipelines, and machine learning and natural language processing pipelines. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, 3–5 years of production software engineering experience, strong Python skills, Linux and cloud-native development experience, distributed systems and SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with AI applications and large language models. The expected salary is $140,000 to $160,000, with an annual discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
