Software Engineer at arini

Arini is hiring a generalist software engineer to build and operate the end-to-end platform that runs healthcare operations for large enterprise customers. The role covers scheduling, patient communication, insurance, accounts payable, reporting, integrations with practice-management and billing systems, production AI agents, data models and pipelines, and reliability. The engineer will work primarily in Python and TypeScript on AWS and Cloudflare, own a product line from design through deployment and operation, and be on call for the systems they build.
