Description
Arkatechture is hiring a Software Engineer for its Support Services team to support the Arkalytics platform and related data warehousing and analytics solutions. The role combines software engineering, cloud operations, and customer support, focusing on troubleshooting production issues, developing fixes and automation, investigating AWS application, database, and infrastructure problems, improving monitoring and reliability, and participating in Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and on-call rotations. Candidates need at least three years of professional software engineering experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, AWS application development skills, Python or another object-oriented language, SQL and relational database experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
