Athennian is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack software and production AI features for its governance operations platform. The role reports to the Sr Engineering Manager, involves system architecture, AI integrations such as RAG and LLM agents, code quality, security, and technical mentorship, and requires 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience. The position is distributed, with some roles requiring proximity to Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver offices, while roles outside those locations can be remote in Canada.
