Axle Energy is hiring a generalist Software Engineer to build core infrastructure for distributed energy devices, including product engineering, DevOps, and data engineering. The role involves understanding the energy and market-operator domains, owning end-to-end products, collaborating with clients and users, and working in Python, React, Docker, and GCP. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week in the office, total compensation of £75,000–£200,000 including base salary and equity, and an interview process involving an initial interview, remote pair programming, and a final in-person interview.
