Description
Beacon Software is hiring a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to embed with internal business units such as Finance, Legal, M&A, and Operations. The role identifies operational bottlenecks and builds, deploys, and iterates on agentic AI tools that automate workflows like financial reporting, contract review, deal sourcing, and diligence document parsing. The engineer will partner with domain leaders, standardize deployment patterns, and serve as a technical bridge between engineering and business teams. The position requires 1–4 years of full-time software engineering experience, strong fluency in Python, TypeScript, or Go, hands-on experience with LLMs, and the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
