BETA Technologies is hiring a Software Engineer to work directly with business teams, understand complex operational problems, and design, build, and deploy full-stack web applications, internal tools, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows that support electric aviation operations. The role emphasizes translating ambiguous requirements into technical designs, assessing feasibility, communicating tradeoffs, documenting solutions, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, 3-5 years of software engineering experience, and hands-on experience with modern full-stack development, agentic coding tools, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD.
