C3 AI is hiring a Software Engineer for its support team in Bengaluru. The role partners with customers to diagnose application and platform issues, prioritize product change requests, perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and unit testing, and work with Products, Engineering, and Customer Services to implement and validate solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of software application experience, knowledge of JavaScript and Python, and proficiency with test automation; enterprise-scale production support, customer-facing technical experience, and Zendesk or Jira experience are preferred.
