Murphy is hiring a Software Engineer to own end-to-end software problems on an event-driven, AI-agent platform serving banks. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and operating production systems; integrating customer systems; improving internal tools and AI capabilities; and collaborating across teams. Candidates need at least four years of experience building and scaling production software, strong TypeScript proficiency across Node.js and React or a similar framework, and the ability to debug production systems. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days in Poblenou and two remote days, along with compensation of €50,000–75,000 for mid-level and €75,000–100,000+ for senior-level engineers.
