The role bridges hardware and cloud, builds telemetry pipelines, maintains services and infrastructure, applies systems programming where performance and hardware interaction matter, and owns cross-functional gaps between specialized teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of multi-layer software development, strong C/C++/Rust systems programming experience, and experience moving data from embedded devices to cloud or backend systems. The position is onsite in San Bruno, California, with 10% travel and an estimated annual salary of $130,000–$180,000.
