Codeware is hiring a full-time Welding Engineer in Sarasota, Florida, to further develop its Shopfloor product. The role involves applying programming concepts and tools, refactoring code, profiling applications for performance, and assisting with other projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, at least three years of programming experience, experience with welding and welding codes and standards, and experience with JavaScript/NodeJS or Python and database programming. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Redmine is an asset, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
