Description
The role is responsible for software testing of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, and PROFIBUS communication protocols and field-device integration with the DeltaV/AMS system and HH475, including usability and integration testing. The tester will write test plans, log issues, communicate test metrics and status, and diagnose problems. Required knowledge includes process and final-control field devices, industrial communication protocols, and asset-management or distributed-control systems; a diploma in Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
