Covista is hiring a Software Engineer to lead the implementation, maintenance, performance tuning, and capacity management of organizational software systems, while providing software solutions delivery support and mentoring to Software Engineers. The role involves designing and implementing scalable software solutions, analyzing requirements, collaborating with product and technical stakeholders, fixing bugs and adding features, and keeping software development practices current. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, programming proficiency, leadership and communication skills, experience with scalable architectures and Agile methodologies, and hands-on expertise with GCP, Node.js/TypeScript, Angular, SQL, and AI-driven technologies. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and offers a salary range of $84,835.61 to $153,548.46, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and holidays.
