Crusoe is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to design, build, and scale customer-facing cloud platforms and managed services. The role covers foundational infrastructure, scalable distributed systems, microservices, observability, feature development, architectural design, production troubleshooting, performance optimization, and mentorship. Candidates should have 3–5 years of software development experience, proficiency in modern compiled languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. Compensation is listed at up to $140,000–$165,000 plus bonus, with restricted stock units and health, vision, dental, and other benefits.
