Description
Donatech is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop and oversee software for munitions programs and contracts. The role is approximately 90% individual contributor and 10% technical leadership, covering software design, implementation, testing, verification, safety, cybersecurity, scheduling, cost and schedule performance, milestone reviews, and coordination with customers and engineering disciplines. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, C++ embedded software and RTOS or bare-metal development skills, Secret Eligible clearance, and familiarity with Ethernet communications and Earned Value Management.
