Description
The ServiceNow Software Engineer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations across modules such as ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre. The role involves customizing applications, building REST and SOAP integrations, developing workflows and data transformations, testing and troubleshooting, supporting platform upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation. Candidates need at least three years of ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript and API knowledge, platform architecture understanding, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
