Description
Elekta is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare software solutions, including integrations and APIs supporting oncology workflows. The role works in an Agile environment across the full software development lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning technical design, quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering coordination. Candidates should have a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of professional software development experience, along with experience in RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, Python or C# (.NET Core), SQL, and test automation. The position is primarily office-based in Helsinki, with at least four days per week expected in the office.
