Eon is hiring its first Growth Engineer to build technical demand-generation and distribution systems for its cloud backup and data platform. The role focuses on AI agents, automation, data pipelines, web experiences, experimentation, paid-acquisition infrastructure, and technical resources that create pipeline and compounding distribution. It requires 3+ years of production software experience, strong coding skills, experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and AI coding tools, along with a builder mindset and curiosity about growth and customer acquisition.
