Epos Now is hiring a full-time Software Engineer in Norwich to lead the delivery of its Embedded Accountancy project. The role involves developing, testing, and implementing core engineering features; maintaining coding standards, backend logic, and data integrity; and collaborating on architecture and cross-functional planning. Candidates should have commercial software engineering experience, object-oriented programming and modern backend skills, database design knowledge, and exposure to APIs, data pipelines, accounting ledger logic, or cloud-native platform services. The position is based at the Norwich Head Office.
