Epos Now is hiring two full-time Software Engineers in Norwich to expand its Engineering department and own the end-to-end delivery of its Customer Success platform. The role focuses on building and scaling platform features, maintaining system health, optimizing performance, and translating complex requirements into scalable product features. Candidates should have commercial software engineering experience, preferably with object-oriented programming, databases, microservice architectures, and experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms. The position offers £35,000–£46,000 per annum and requires proximity to or willingness to work from the Norwich Head Office.
