Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Principal Software Engineer – Java Architect to support the eLIMS-Forensics programme by designing, developing, modernising, and evolving enterprise Java applications across forensic case management, LIMS, and expert reporting platforms. The role combines software architecture, hands-on development, technical guidance, delivery leadership, and collaboration with distributed teams across the UK, Europe, nearshore, and offshore locations. It requires expertise in Java 11/17, Jakarta EE, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, WildFly, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Maven, and related backend and DevOps practices.
