Flex is hiring a Software Engineer II to build and maintain product features for its AI-native private banking platform serving business owners. The role owns the full lifecycle of medium-sized features, develops user-facing features, internal tools, APIs, and backend services, writes tested and maintainable code, participates in code reviews, and balances speed with reliability and compliance in a regulated financial environment. The team primarily uses TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GCP, and the role is available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or fully remotely.
