Freeday is hiring a Software Engineer to join its Digital Employee Management Platform squad and help build backend features, integrations, platform improvements, and client-specific solutions. The role focuses on translating client and implementation-team input into scoped engineering work, writing technical designs, collaborating with product and design, and shipping practical, scalable software. The engineer will primarily use Python and Django, work with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, Apaleo, and Zendesk, and be based in the Netherlands with regular office attendance.
