Gemba Advantage is hiring junior and mid-level software engineers to design and develop secure, scalable software services for public-sector digital products. The role involves researching and prototyping technical solutions, participating in code reviews, building and testing solutions with modern frameworks, and collaborating with customers and delivery teams. Applicants need active or recently active SC or DV clearance, a software engineering foundation, experience with at least one modern language, and exposure to cloud or container technologies. The position requires on-site work up to four days per week.
