Gemba Advantage is hiring junior and mid-level software engineers to design and develop secure, scalable software services for public-sector digital products. The role involves researching and prototyping technical solutions, participating in code reviews, building and testing solutions with modern frameworks, and collaborating with customers and delivery disciplines. Applicants must be willing and eligible to obtain SC and DV security clearances, work on-site up to four days per week, and have a software engineering foundation plus experience with at least one modern language such as Java, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
