Description
Glean is hiring a Software Engineer for its Data Foundations team to build and scale enterprise SaaS and on-prem connectors, manage full-sync and low-latency incremental data flows, transform unstructured content into structured, permission-aware representations, and maintain correctness, freshness, and performance across petabyte-scale data systems. The role requires 3+ years of production backend or data infrastructure experience, distributed-systems and large-scale storage expertise, and strong attention to consistency, permissions, and reliability. It is hybrid, with four days per week in either San Francisco or Mountain View, and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $300,000 annually plus medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
