Google is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for its Search team to develop robust product and system code, participate in architectural design reviews, review peer code, execute software testing, improve automated deployment and monitoring infrastructure, and resolve complex system issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two years of software engineering experience involving Python, C++, or Java, API or web development, debugging, software testing, and data analysis. The US base salary range is $147,000 to $211,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
