Google is hiring a Software Engineer for its Core team to build foundational infrastructure and developer platforms supporting products such as Google Cloud and DeepMind. The role involves writing product and system code, managing project priorities and deliverables, designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software, integrating data protection and policy enforcement, and adopting AI technologies to reduce toil and technical debt. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least two years of software development experience, or one year with an advanced degree.
