Description
Google is hiring a software engineer to provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, influence and coach a distributed engineering team, align goals and timelines across teams, manage project priorities, and design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of C++ programming experience, 5 years of software product testing and launch experience, 5 years of large-scale infrastructure or distributed-systems experience, and 3 years of software design and architecture experience. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
