Google is hiring a Software Engineer for its GCE IPAM team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems for hybrid cloud networking and Google Cloud Platform connectivity products. The role covers IP address management, VPC networking features, system reliability, observability, on-call support, and collaboration with product, SRE, and networking teams. Candidates must have a PhD in a relevant technical field and experience in software development, distributed systems, algorithms, system design, and programming in C, C++, Python, Java, or Golang.
