The role focuses on scalability, reliability, project delivery quality, stakeholder and customer collaboration, and experimentation with designs and technologies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of experience in C++, Java, or Go, 5 years designing scalable distributed systems and APIs, and experience building available systems and designing for resilience.
