Graphite is hiring a Software Engineer to help define the company’s technical direction, build a real-time collaborative code review platform, mentor engineers, and architect scalable frameworks and features involving code understanding and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires industry experience building high-quality software products, autonomous problem-solving, and the ability to design abstractions and frameworks that increase developer velocity. It is an in-person position in New York City with a $160,000–$200,000 base salary plus substantial equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
