HARMAN is hiring a Software Engineer to develop, integrate, debug, and optimize IOC software for Telematics Control Units (TCUs) using AUTOSAR Classic. The role covers MCAL, BSW, RTE, SW-C development, low-level drivers, CAN communication, diagnostics, simulation, testing, system integration, root-cause analysis, and production support. It requires strong embedded C, AUTOSAR, automotive microcontroller, and diagnostic experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Bucharest, Romania, with a hybrid work arrangement and an annual gross base salary of 246,000–360,800 lei.
