Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Software Engineer to design, code, test, debug, and integrate systems software, networking infrastructure, and control-plane software. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent field, typically 6–9 years of experience, and proficiency in C/C++, data structures, algorithms, Linux/FreeBSD, and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, RSVP, LDP, PIM, or IGMP. Familiarity with Layer 2 switching, EVPN, VXLAN, VPLS, and L2VPN is preferred, along with knowledge of AI-assisted software development practices.
