Iambic Therapeutics is hiring a Software Engineer to build and maintain agentic systems that acquire, clean, format, quality-control, and generate auditable reports for large-scale biomedical datasets powering its Enchant multimodal transformer model. The role combines LLM-based automation with biomedical data engineering, including automated quality-control workflows, distributed pipeline monitoring, data provenance documentation, and secure sandboxed execution. Candidates should have a master’s degree in computational STEM or a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of industry experience, strong Python skills, LLM API and agent experience, and familiarity with biomedical data formats and data engineering fundamentals.
