Description

Kobie is hiring a remote Java/Spring Full Stack Engineer to participate in Agile development, build and maintain loyalty-platform integrations, develop front-end and back-end components, configure business logic, and support cloud microservices. The role requires at least three years of Java and Spring experience, front-end web development experience, Angular and RESTful service experience, SQL and message-queue work, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and build tools. Periodic travel may be required.

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years designing and developing applications and components with Java and Spring
3+ years of front-end web application development
1+ years designing and developing applications with Angular
1+ years developing RESTful services using JSON
Experience developing microservice cloud applications
1+ years developing SQL multi-table queries, inserts, and updates
Experience tuning SQL statements with execution explain plans
Experience developing loyalty, accounting, or banking applications
Experience with message queues including RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, and Kafka Streams
Experience building Docker containers and configuring Kubernetes clusters
Experience with build management tools including Bitbucket/Git, Gradle, and Bamboo
Preferred Qualifications: JDK 11+ with Spring Boot
