Molex is hiring a Software Engineer in Shanghai to support smart-factory and manufacturing digitalization. The role develops software for plant-level digital platforms, industrial automation systems, MES and shopfloor systems, data acquisition, machine connectivity, dashboards, machine-control logic, device drivers, and communication interfaces. Responsibilities also include ensuring real-time performance and reliability, analyzing production issues, and supporting TISAX and ISO certification standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or automation field, 3–8+ years of software systems development experience, and strong C++ and C# skills.
